Official statement

Following today’s Extraordinary General Assembly of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, which Eibar did not attend, the board of directors of Sociedad Deportiva Eibar would like to express their indignation and absolute rejection of the explanations and events that took place at the meeting.

Regrettably, the president of the RFEF, Luis Rubiales, has once again shown himself to be unfit to lead the Federation, and we urge the relevant bodies to take the necessary measures to ensure that the Royal Spanish Football Federation represents Spanish football in the right way.
